Chris answered and told me he could have someone here in 45-60 mins. He called back to tell me that the person was stuck at another job and that he himself would come help me out. He even gave me a quicker time frame of 20 mins. Upon his timely arrival he got right to work with picks and a bump key. After a few minutes of trying with no luck he suggest a worst case scenario to drill the lock. I say do what you must. He wanted to go home to his family. He ran to the van grabbed the drill, and some wd40. Before he tried to drill to lock he made one last attempt with the bump key..........and what felt like was going to be the last bump before the drilling started, it turned.Thank You Chris!

My lock was broken late at night and I couldn't sleep until the door was secure. They sent Danny who was here in 20 minutes and replaced the lock and secured the building in about 20 more minutes. He was very professional. I am so grateful.
